By submitting your deposit, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to protect you and help us create the best possible travel experience for everyone in the group.

• A deposit is required to reserve your spot on a tour. This deposit is refundable for 7 days after payment is made.
• After 7 days, all deposits become non-refundable and non-transferable. They cannot be applied to a different tour or a future date.
• Once your deposit is received, your tour price is guaranteed and will not increase.
• Final payment is due 75 days prior to departure. Any bookings made within 75 days of the tour must be paid in full at the time of booking and are 100% non-refundable.

Each tour includes:

• Hand-selected accommodations
• Local guides and curated experiences
• Entrance to all listed attractions
• Daily breakfast and select additional meals
• Ground transportation during the tour
• A dedicated tour leader throughout the journey

A detailed daily itinerary will be provided prior to departure.

We strive to deliver every experience exactly as described. However, we reserve the right to modify or adjust the itinerary if circumstances require. Substitutions will be of equal or greater value wherever possible.

Prices are based on double occupancy. Travelers who prefer a private room will incur a single supplement fee, outlined clearly at the time of booking.

Refunds (excluding deposit) will only be considered in these limited circumstances:

• Death of a traveler (with documentation)
• A verified natural disaster making your primary residence uninhabitable
• Being called to active military duty

No refunds will be issued for:

• Illness or injury (unless covered by insurance)
• Travel delays or flight cancellations
• Incomplete or invalid travel documents
• Voluntary withdrawal from the trip for any reason

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation, interruption, medical, and baggage coverage. It is the best way to protect your travel investment.

Our tours involve walking on uneven terrain, climbing stairs, and rolling or carrying your own luggage. By booking, you affirm that you are physically able to participate fully in the tour.

If you have any medical conditions, mobility limitations, or health concerns, you must inform us prior to booking. We want to help assess whether the tour is a good fit and offer guidance where possible — but we cannot guarantee accommodations for all conditions.

All travelers must ensure that passports, visas, and travel documents are valid and up to date. No refunds will be given if you are denied entry to a country.

During your free time, you may choose to explore or participate in activities not included in the itinerary. These personal choices are at your own risk, and With Friends Travel Group LLC is not responsible or liable for any incidents or issues that arise from independent activities.

We are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or other acts of God. In such circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule or offer credit toward future travel, but refunds may not be possible.

With Friends Travel Group LLC is not responsible or liable for:

1. Injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, including luggage
2. Additional expenses due to changes in exchange rates, tariffs, transportation costs, or schedules
3. The acts or defaults of any third-party companies (hotels, airlines, guides, etc.)
4. Additional expenses caused by weather, illness, government actions, or force majeure
5. Losses resulting from cancellations or traveler non-participation

Participation in all tour activities is at your own risk.

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. This should include coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, lost or delayed baggage, and COVID-related disruptions. Insurance protects both you and your fellow travelers.

By participating in our tours, you grant permission for photos or videos taken during the trip to be used by With Friends Travel Group LLC for promotional and marketing purposes. If you would prefer not to appear in promotional content, please let us know in writing before the tour begins.

We aim to create a warm, inclusive, and respectful group experience. However, we reserve the right to remove any traveler from a tour, at our sole discretion and without refund, if their behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or incompatible with the comfort of others.

Alcohol Policy: We welcome travelers to enjoy local wines, beers, and spirits, but excessive drinking or behavior that endangers others will not be tolerated. Participation in all activities requires a clear head and responsible conduct.
